4.1 Subscription Service

LessCarbs+ is a premium subscription service offering:

• Ad-free browsing experience
• Weekly curated meal plans
• Printable shopping lists
• Exclusive community access
• Printable recipe cards

4.2 Pricing and Payment

Current subscription price: $4.99 per month (subject to change with notice)

• Payment is processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees

4.3 Free Trial (if applicable)

If we offer a free trial:

• You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges
• After the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to paid unless cancelled
• Free trials are limited to new subscribers only

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
• No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Technical issues preventing service access may qualify for refunds

4.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will apply:

• To new subscribers immediately
• To existing subscribers at their next renewal after the notice period
• You may cancel before the price change takes effect

All content on Less Carbs, including recipes, text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Less Carbs or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view our content for personal, non-commercial use
• Print individual recipes for personal use
• Save recipes to your personal library

Restrictions: You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish our recipes commercially
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our content
• Frame or embed our content on other websites without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile any software

5.2 User-Generated Content

When you post comments, reviews, or other content ("User Content"), you represent that:

• You own or have rights to the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is accurate and not misleading

License Grant: By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Less Carbs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights
